Terms and Conditions 

1. The SunBet Bain’s promotion consists of a Promotional Competition where new and existing customers stand a chance to win a Bain’s Whiskey Hamper. This promotion is administered, organised and operated by SunBet.
2.  The prize includes a once off Bain’s Whiskey Hamper.
3.  By participating, participants will be deemed to have accepted the Rules and eligibility requirements. 
4.  Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate.  
5.  Any person who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons (as per gambling legislation) is expressly prohibited from participating in the SunBet Bain’s promotion. 
6.  The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, SunBet, Sun International or its marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. 
7.  The promotion runs from 29 May – 31 May 2023. No entries received outside of the stated duration will be accepted. Such entries will be invalid. 
8.  Should a participant dispute the applicability or interpretation of these rules, the participant may lodge a formal complaint to the management of SunBet by addressing a letter to the following email address: support@sunbet.co.za. The management of SunBet will provide the participant with a decision within 14 days of receipt of the request, or from receipt of additional information, if so required by SunBet. 
9. By entering the promotional competition participants gives consent to share information such as fist name or initials for marketing purposes. 
10.  All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
11.  Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
12.  In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that SunBet waives any of its rights.
13.  Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
14.  If a participant is aggrieved by the decision of SunBet's management, such participant may approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) by addressing a complaint to the WCGRB at: compliance@wcgrb.co.za
