3. The maximum Free Bet claimable is R5 000.
4. This offer can only be claimed once per day, per person, family member, or household.
5. The offer is valid only if your losing tickets and total odds are over 500/1 or higher.
6. The refund will be credited to your account as Free Bet.
7. Punters must e-mail support@sunbet.co.za within 5 days of the final draw’s completion to claim this offer.
8. Funds will be credited to punters' accounts within 24 hours of Sunbet’s receipt of the request.
9. Free bets can only be used on Sports and Lucky Numbers bets.
10. Sunbet reserves the right to refuse the refund offer if it determines that any fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or other illegal acts have occurred. Sunbet’s management decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the matter.
11. Sunbet reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude and/or limit the availability of this offer to certain customers.
