SunBet World Cup -VIP Experience: Promotional Competition Rules
Valid between 25 November 2022 – 8 December 2022
1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the SunBet Soccer World Cup promotional competition (“promotional competition”).
2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional competition.
3. For every bet on the Soccer World Cup 2022 equal to or greater than R200, participants earn an entry to a lucky draw to stand a chance of winning a stay at The Palace, Sun City for 4 people.
4. Bets placed using Bonuses or Free Bets will not count towards entry into the competition.
5. The promotional period commences on 25 November 2022 and terminates on 8 December 2022.
6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries are not limited.
7. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw.
8. Accommodation: Entitles the winner two night’s complimentary accommodation for four people sharing, including breakfast at The Palace Hotel at Sun City. This offer is valid for the period stated and is not extendable. All meals and extra charges are payable in cash, or by credit card upon departure from the hotel. The issue of this offer does not imply or confer any credit facilities with the hotel. Any extension of stay will be at the standard rates charged by the hotel. This offer may not be included in any existing hotel package or special offer. Transport to and from the hotel shall be the entire responsibility of the voucher winner. Sun City management reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any offer if, in their opinion, it is subject to misuse of any description.
8.1. Food and drinks voucher: A voucher of R2 500 will be issued to be redeemed at Vibes Bar for the final. Drinks are limited to local beers and ciders only.
9. The respective draw times and dates, and entry earning criteria to qualify for draw entries will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
10. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
11. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
13. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
14. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
16. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
