Part 1 – Specific Sporting Rules

The additional rules and conditions that apply to particular sports are incorporated into the Terms by reference and are accessible here.

1. BET ACCEPTANCE
   
   1. Bets on all events are accepted for regular time, unless otherwise specified in these Specific Sporting & General Sporting Rules.
   2. While Sunbet will endeavour to ensure complete accuracy in relation to the announcement, publication and issue of prices, off-times (starting times of events) and results, we do not accept responsibility for any Errors which may arise in this regard, unless caused by the intentional conduct or gross negligence of Sunbet. Sunbet reserves the right to correct any such Errors in any manner we deem fit.
   3. Any bet accepted after the “off” or starting time of an event on which a bet is placed (other than bets in-running) will be of no force or effect. Any bets taken on results already known at the time of the placement of such bets will be cancelled by Sunbet and the Stake returned to you.
   4. Additional or new markets may be made available by Sunbet from time to time. It is your responsibility to read the Rules applicable to those markets before placing any bets. If no such Rule exists the National Bookmaker Operator Rules will apply.
       
2. BETTING AND PAYOUT LIMITATIONS
   1. Sunbet reserves the right to Limit the net payout (the payout after the Stake has been deducted) on any bet or combination of bets made by you at Rand value. This Limit may be lower depending on the specific sport, league and type of bet offer.
   2. All bet selections are subject to pre-imposed Limits set solely at Sunbet's discretion which may be lower than the Limits at any given time. Should this limit be reached, you have the right to ask for it to be exceeded by means of a request effected through the Platforms. Sunbet reserves the right to accept (fully or partially) or reject the said request without any prior notice and further explanation.
   3. Sunbet reserves the right to decline, solely at its own discretion, all, or part of, any bet requested. This includes the possibility that a “System bet” is not accepted in full, either in terms of Stakes or combinations included in said “System bet”.
   4. All bets placed through any Platform, also including bets requesting manual approval, may be subject to a time delay prior to acceptance, the length of which may vary. Such delay is to be determined by Sunbet at its sole discretion.
   5. Sunbet reserves the right to withhold payment and/or to declare bets void on any event (or series of events), if there is sufficient evidence that any of the following has occurred:
      1. the integrity of the event has been called into question;
      2. the price(s) or pool has been manipulated; or
      3. match-rigging has taken place, or the match is under investigation for such.
   6. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with Sunbet across any or all of its betting channels, as well as information received from other betting providers or officially recognized organizations.
   7. All odds offered are subject to variation. Such fluctuation is determined solely at Sunbet's discretion. Bets are accepted only at the odds available in the betting grid at the time the bet was accepted by Sunbet, irrespective of any other claim or previous publication present on the Platforms or any other media detailing otherwise.
   8. All payout calculations when settling bets will be done based on decimal odds, irrespective of any other format displayed/chosen at time of bet placement.
       
3. CANCELLATION, VOIDING OF BETS (SPORTS)
   1. A bet can be declared void, and will be, in that event, settled with the odds of 1.00.
   2. A bet made as an Accumulative Bet shall remain valid notwithstanding a match or an event which is part of the Accumulative Bet being void.
   3. Sunbet reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, make adjustment to the payout, if it is obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
      1. Bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to an Error;
      2. Bets placed while the Platforms was encountering technical problems, that would otherwise not have been accepted;
      3. In instances of Influence Betting;
      4. In instances of Syndicate Betting;
      5. A public announcement has occurred in relation to the bet which alters significantly the odds; and/or
      6. If a result has been affected by criminal actions whether directly or indirectly.
   4. Bets can be voided regardless of whether the outcome of event has been finally determined.
   5. In the case of a void bet the Stake money shall be returned to the Customer.
   6. In the case of a scratched selection in a single bet, the bet shall be void, except where the bet was an ante-post bet. 
   7. A bet made as an Accumulative Bet shall never include two or more offers the outcomes of which might turn out to be related (g. Team X to become champions and Player Y to be Top Goal Scorer in the same league). Although Sunbet takes all necessary steps to prevent such possibilities, in the eventuality that this would happen, Sunbet reserves the right, solely at its own discretion, to declare void all parts of the Accumulative Bet which include the correlated outcomes.
   8. Bets can be voided regardless of whether the event has been settled or not.
   9. Furthermore, all bets placed and/or accepted in the following circumstances will be declared void:
      1. Pre-match betting where betting was effected after:
         1. the event has started; and/or
         2. a related event was underway and where conditions could have been altered in a direct and indisputable way.
      2. Livebetting where betting was effected:
         1. at incorrect price due to delayed or failing ‘Live’ coverage;
         2. on particular offers after these have occurred, or else after an event which could normally be deemed as leading to the outcome has happened or is happening (g. bets placed on offers such as Total Goals Scored or Next Goal while a penalty is being taken, or has been awarded); and/or
         3. on odds which represented a different score than the actual.
   10. Where there is evidence of Syndicate Betting, Sunbet reserves the right to void the relevant bets and/or to withhold payment of winnings pending the outcome of subsequent investigations.
   11. An accumulator shall remain valid notwithstanding that any component or leg of such bet has been declared void. In the case of an invalid selection and subsequent scratching in a multiple bet, the selection shall be ignored and the Stake shall run onto the other selection in the bet at the price indicated on the ticket issued. These calculations are to be done at “Full Accumulative Multiple” odds.
4. SETTLING
   
   Sunbet shall pay out winning bets as follows:
   1. in respect of horseracing, after the “all clear” has been given;
   2. in respect of other sporting events or contingencies, once the medal ceremony, prize giving or podium presentation has been concluded; and/or
   3. subsequent disqualification, promotion of competitors, or any other change shall be irrelevant for the purposes of determining the betting result.

Part 2 – General Sporting Rules - 350% ACCA Boost Promotion Terms and Conditions:

These ACCA Boost Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “ACCA Terms”) govern your participation in the 350% Acca Boost Promotion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to these ACCA Terms. The Terms, and where applicable, the Specific Sports betting rules, will apply.

ACCA Terms:

1. To participate, you must be:
   1. an Account Holder who meets the qualifying criteria below and any other qualifying criteria at Sunbet's discretion; and 
   2. over the age of 18. 
2. In order to qualify for this promotion, each leg of your accumulator bet must be at odds of 1.1 or more.
3. The ACCAs can be created containing bets from all sports found on the Sunbet Platforms. Non-qualifying legs will not count.
4. Boosted winnings apply to cash bets on pre-game selections only.
5. The Acca Boost is calculated on multiple bets with two or more selections.
6. Upon settlement, boosted winnings will be credited to your Player Account as cash.
7. Total return (potential return + win boost) on winning bets cannot exceed a maximum of: R29 999 999,99.00.
8. Any betting markets that can either result in the customer having their Stake returned or that generate a partial win are excluded from boost winnings g., Draw No Bet markets.
9. If any selections are cancelled or voided, only the remaining qualifying selections will be eligible for the Win Boost. The remaining selection must meet the minimum odds and number of bets required to be awarded an ACCA Boost. The actual boost awarded may therefore be different to the boost amount stated in the original betslip.
10. Win Boosts are automatically shown in your betslip, if you do not see a Win Boost, then you do not qualify.
11. No manual adding of boosts will be done.
12. Should you take an early cash out option on your betslip, your Win Boost will be forfeited.
13. We reserve the right to monitor all Customer activity for cheating, irregular play, and bad faith. All such activity is prohibited and may result in the immediate dismissal from any promotion.
14. Sunbet reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without cause or notice. 
15. Sunbet reserves the right to change any of its ACCA Terms at any time and without cause or notice. 
16. ACCA Boosts does not apply to bets taken under System Bets.
17. Accumulator explanations:
    1. You can now boost your ACCA by 350% when each leg with odds of 1.1 or more is added to your accumulator.
    2. The more legs you add, the bigger your boost.
