• The SunBet Table and BetGames promotion consists of a Promotional Competition where new and existing customers stand a chance to win various promotional prizes. This promotion is administered, organised and operated by SunBet.
• Prizes include a share of R500 000 in free bets. A Volkswagen Polo TSI and Holiday at Sun City resort inclusive of transport and flights. The free bets will be made up of R1000 denominations.
• Participation in the SunBet promotion is subject to and governed by these Rules. 
• By participating, participants will be deemed to have accepted the Rules and eligibility requirements. 

• Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate. 
• Any person who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons (as per gambling legislation) is expressly prohibited from participating in the SunBet Table and BetGames promotion. 
• The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, SunBet, Sun International or its marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. 

• No entries received outside of the stated duration will be accepted. Such entries will be invalid. 

ENTRIES

• For new customers: Signing up using a specific promo code (Lalla) allows entry into the SunBet Table and BetGames promotion and are specifically linked to the Prizes: Volkswagen Polo and Holiday at a Sun International destination. 
• For existing customers: Logging on to their SunBet account and placing a bet on Table or BetGames to the value of R50.
• To be eligible to participate the participant must:
  • New customers: register for a SunBet account using the promo code ‘Lalla’ and follow steps set out by regulation to verify their accounts, including making a first deposit to their accounts with the minimum deposit value being R50.
  • Existing customers: place a bet on Table or BetGames to the value of R50 to stand a chance of winning free bets.
• Winners will be notified via the email address furnished. 

• Winners of free bets (existing customers) will be drawn weekly with the main prizes (new customers) (Volkswagen Polo and Holiday at Sun City) draw to take place on 10 January 2022..
• Free Bets are credited in good faith and must be utilised as such; irregular play such as betting on all possible outcomes in a single event just to clear the voucher wagering requirements (for example) will be seen as voucher abuse and will invalidate the voucher. 

• The winners will be selected by way of random draws held throughout the duration of SunBet Table and BetGames promotion and the winners will be notified within five (5) days of each draw.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
• If a participant breaches these Rules, is involved in any suspicious and/or fraudulent activity SunBet reserves the right to cancel awarding of prizes and deny the participant, participation in the promotion.
• In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management.
• All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into

Disclaimer: SunBet shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that may arise directly or indirectly from acceptance of the grand prize. 

• Prize winners must provide a valid and legal form of identification in the form of SA identity document/card, drivers' licence, or passport. 
• If SunBet is unable to reach the prize winners, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect email or telephone details – SunBet reserves the right, after a period of two (2) days, to issue the prize to the next highest ranked participant. In such instances, the initial prize winner will forfeit the prize without compensation. 
• Eligible winners must claim and/or collect the prize within seven (7) days from notification of the prize availability – failing which the prize will be forfeited without compensation. 

• Should a participant dispute the applicability or interpretation of these rules, the participant may lodge a formal complaint to the management of SunBet by addressing a letter to the following email address: support@sunbet.co.za. The management of SunBet will provide the participant with a decision within 14 days of receipt of the request, or from receipt of additional information, if so required by SunBet. 
• If a participant is aggrieved by the decision of SunBet's management, such participant may approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) by addressing a complaint to the WCGRB at: compliance@wcgrb.co.za

• Participants may be invited to take part in publicity campaigns subject to agreement.
• All the clauses regarding the competition are subject to severability. Should any clause or part thereof be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof shall be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
• Images of prizes used are for advertising purposes only. The actual prize may differ. Kindly contact SunBet for any clarifications.
• SunBet reserves the right to change the value of certain prizes depending on the amount of entrants or outcome of promotion.
