Introduction

These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Notice and any applicable Rules (collectively the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the betting services (“Services”) offered by Sunbet and our third party suppliers via our Platforms, your Player Account (as defined below), apps, social media and related platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”).

These Terms are made up of the following parts, which together form a comprehensive agreement between you and us:

1. Section A – General Terms & Conditions: These set out the overall legal relationship between you and us, including account creation, eligibility, responsible gambling, limitations of liability, and general legal terms.
2. Section B – General Betting Rules: These govern the rules applicable to all bets placed via our Platforms, unless otherwise specified in a specific section.
3. Section C – Loyalty Points: Rules governing the earning, use, and redemption of Sun MVG (Most Valued Guest) Points. 
4. Section D – Bonus & Promotion Terms: These govern the terms and conditions relating to bonuses, promotional offers, and free bets. 
5. Section E – Specific Sporting & General Sporting Rules: These provide additional rules and conditions that apply to particular sports. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are accessible here.
6. Section F – Horse Racing Specific Rules: Specific provisions and rules relating to betting on horse racing.
7. Section G – eSports Specific Rules: Rules and conditions applicable to betting on eSports events.
8. Section H – Live Games: Rules and conditions applicable specifically to betting on Live Games. 
9. Section I – Slots Games: Rules and conditions applicable specifically to betting on Slots Games. 
10. Section J – Crash Games: Rules and conditions applicable specifically to betting on Crash Games. 
11. Section K – Poker Style Games: Rules and conditions applicable to betting on Poker Style Games. 
12. Section L – Fantasy Sports Betting: Rules and conditions applicable to betting on Fantasy Sports Betting Games. 
13. Section M – Betgames: Terms applicable to any additional games or betting opportunities offered outside traditional sports and racing.

By registering a Player Account, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Services or our Platforms you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms, including any linked documents or rules that are incorporated by reference. Furthermore, by registering a Player Account, the Customer agrees to simultaneously becoming a member of the Sun MVG Programme (“Sun MVG”) and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of afore-going programme.

Sunbet reserves the right to change all or parts of these Terms, betting Limits, payout Limits and offerings from time to time, which changes will become effective upon it being posted to the Platform. Your continued use and access of the Services or the Platforms following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by the revised Terms. Please periodically check on the Platforms for any such changes or updates.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platforms or the Services.

No failure by any Party to enforce any provision of the Terms shall constitute a waiver of such provision or affect in any way such Party’s right to require the performance of such provision at any time in the future, nor shall a waiver of a subsequent breach nullify the effectiveness of the provision itself.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of South Africa.
